February 7, 2026 – bwtech was thrilled to host the World Trade Center Institute Albrecht High School Fellows, providing space for their program, “Thinking Broadly and Boldly: Collective Decision Making and Personal Brand Building.”
During the session, the student fellows participated in an improv workshop with Highwire Improv that sharpened their decision-making skills, helped them navigate complex group dynamics, and enabled them to articulate their ideas to move a team toward a common goal.
Following the fun of improv, the fellows shifted to the importance of personal brand building, where they learned how to identify and market their individual strengths and values. The goal: position themselves as confident and effective communicators in both digital and professional settings.
