Spaces
Lab Space
Featuring over 40,000 sq. ft of wet lab space, bwtech@UMBC gives companies space and resources necessary to test, develop, and commercialize their ideas. Many of these state-of-the-art facilities include chemical hoods and the capacity for a biosafety hood.
Office Space
bwtech@UMBC offers a selection of office spaces that can accommodate companies of all sizes. These include Class A offices and options for Small Offices ranging from 120 to 350 sq. ft as well as Large Offices from 300 to 1000 sq. ft.
Window Offices include Suite 100 spaces at approximately 235 sq. ft and CyberHive offices at approximately 24 sq. ft. In addition, bwtech@UMBC also features expansive, 700 sq. ft Executive Offices for a comfortable, distraction-free workspace.

bwtech@UMBC clients enjoy several amenities to help them achieve more in the workplace. Conference rooms of various sizes are available to tenants or for lease, providing the ideal choice for your next professional gathering or event.
