Dr. Susheel Kumar is a neuroscientist and innovation strategist dedicated to translating breakthrough healthcare and life sciences technologies into real-world impact. With a Ph.D. from KU Leuven, and research and leadership roles at National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH/NIH), National Cancer Institute, Johns Hopkins University, and UT Southwestern Medical Center, he has led accelerators, secured multimillion-dollar research funding, and mentored global innovators. As the founder of Adhvan Healthcare & Life Sciences, he assembles expert teams and crafts end-to-end commercialization strategies that are ethical, efficient, and deeply aligned with patient and societal needs. With experience across three continents and a career spanning bench science to executive leadership, Dr. Kumar is committed to ensuring that transformative ideas reach the people who need them most.
