Prashant Shah, President, CloudLeap Technologies, LLC
Prashant Shah is the President of CloudLeap Technologies, LLC. He is a technology professional with decades of experience working in information technology for the government across various contracts at multiple agencies. Prashant was a member of the original team at the National Cancer Institute that initiated, designed, and developed the first iteration of a big data project called Rembrandt that enabled NIH researchers to further cancer research. The project was the recipient of the 2005 Service to America Medal. His company CloudLeap Technologies is focused in the areas of Big Data, Data Engineering, ML, and AI and recently participated in multiple challenges in ML and AI at precisionFDA. CloudLeap Technologies was identified as a leader in one such challenge related to AutoML.
Suhetu Ring, Data Analyst & AI Specialist, UMBC Alum
Suhetu Ring is a Data Analyst with the Virginia State Police. He specializes in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and data engineering. He obtained his MS in Data Science from UMBC. He has worked for CloudLeap Technologies as a data scientist and has recently participated in an AI challenge for the FDA in the area of AutoML entitled “PrecisionFDA Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) App-a-thon: Democratizing and Demystifying Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. Suheto’s efforts resulted in CloudLeap being identified as a leader in that challenge.
