From Vision to Velocity: SCALEUP Maryland™ Cohort 11 Concludes with Strategic Growth Plans
SCALEUP Maryland™ recently celebrated the completion of Cohort 11, closing out another successful program dedicated to helping growth-stage companies scale strategically and sustainably. The final session brought together participating CEOs for an energetic and collaborative capstone experience focused on one critical tool for growth: the Quarterly Action Plan.
During the session, founders presented their strategic roadmaps for the months ahead, gaining valuable peer and mentor feedback to help challenge assumptions, refine priorities, and strengthen execution plans. The collaborative process allowed CEOs to stress-test their strategies while gaining insights from fellow entrepreneurs navigating similar scaling challenges.
As Cohort 11 graduates move forward with new strategies, refined business plans, and expanded networks, the program’s impact continues to strengthen Maryland’s innovation economy one company at a time.
