On September 27, bwtech was honored to host the World Trade Center Institute’s prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Delegates from 24 countries gathered to engage in a lively discussion on ‘Diversifying University Partnerships.’
The event was designed to facilitate connections with minority-serving institutions in the U.S. and explore administrative best practices, public-private partnerships, and strategies for monetizing research.
Special thanks to David Di Maria, Ed.D. with the UMBC | Center for Global Engagement for his valuable international insights and expertise, and to bwtech Entrepreneurs in Residence and MII team, David Fink, Hillel Glazer, and Fehmida Kapadia, as well as Enidia Santiago-Arce with the Office of Technology Development at UMBC, for their excellent panel discussion on tech transfer best practices.
