Program Structure & Commitment
Duration: Weekly sessions: January 27 – April 21, 2026
Format: Virtual Sessions
Cohort Size: Limited to 8-12 participants
Investment: your time + $30 for the required SCALE book
Your Commitment:
- Attend all weekly sessions and actively participate in discussions
- Complete pre-session assignments and readings
- Engage authentically with fellow cohort members
- Develop and present your Strategic Growth Plan
- Participate in one-on-one office hours with expert facilitators
