Program Structure & Commitment
Duration: 4 months of intensive, weekly virtual sessions
Format: Interactive workshops, case studies, peer collaboration, and individual coaching
Cohort Size: Limited to 8-12 participants for personalized attention
Schedule: Two cohorts annually (Fall and Spring)
Investment: your time + $30 for required SCALE book
Your Commitment:
- Attend all weekly sessions and actively participate in discussions
- Complete pre-session assignments and readings
- Engage authentically with fellow cohort members
- Develop and present your Strategic Growth Plan
- Participate in one-on-one office hours with expert facilitators
