Hillel Glazer Delivers
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) at bwtech, Hillel works with our community companies to enhance their operational efficiency and meet their performance targets. With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and educator, Hillel has a deep understanding of what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and why it works. He helps growing companies unclog bottlenecks, unlock performance, and get delivery flowing to scale and meet demand.
Hillel also serves as a TEDCO MII Site Miner where he identifies groundbreaking technologies in the labs of university faculty members and helps translate their ideas into viable businesses. Faculty-led business can then join bwtech’s entrepreneurship community and benefit from the programs and services we have in place to help them grow.
Although deeply passionate about operations, Hillel is expert at seeing the entirety of a business—starting with product viability and customer discovery through delivery and service. In addition to his bwtech roles as EiR and Site Miner, Hillel mentors early-stage companies in NSF’s I-Corps, Maryland Tech Council’s Venture Mentor Service, and TEDCO’s loaned executive program.
