Robert Neal Marshall is a seasoned Guest Speaker, Executive Coach, and Creative Producer with a diverse background spanning film, theater, and live events. He brings over 16 years of experience as a featured speaker for Cunard Line aboard Queen Mary 2, where his dynamic lectures blend history, storytelling, and personal insight.

As an Executive Coach, Robert specializes in helping entrepreneurs and executives excel in public speaking, on-camera delivery, and high-stakes presentations—including financial and fundraising pitches. He has coached innovators and fellows through partnerships with the Maryland Innovation Center, Howard County Economic Development Authority, and bwtech@UMBC.
