Welcome Deushire!

We are pleased to announce that Deushire has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with bwtech@UMBC to initiate a six-month pilot program. This opportunity provides Deushire with dedicated space and entrepreneurial support services at bwtech to rigorously test their secure interview environment, equipped with advanced monitoring and camera systems.

Deushire is an AI-powered hiring platform that streamlines the interview process for recruiters, companies, and candidates. It offers secure remote interviews with proctoring, real-time monitoring, candidate CRM, venue management, and actionable insights, all in one intuitive platform. Founded by Harish Reddy Manyam (UMBC ’24), the company (then called Real Vue) won first prize in the 2025 Cangialosi Business Innovation Competition, presented by UMBC’s Alex. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

The pilot program will allow Deushire to validate their solution in real-world settings, gather critical feedback, and refine their technology to better serve its users (employers and recruiters). By leveraging bwtech’s resources and innovation network, the new venture aims to address one of the fastest-growing challenges in hiring: ensuring genuine candidate evaluation in an era of remote interviews and AI-assisted responses.

This opportunity represents an exciting, important milestone for Deushire, reaffirming its commitment to driving innovation, integrity, and transparency in the hiring process.
