This week, bwtech hosted a delegation from the Netherlands, with the The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the USA, and the Maryland Department of Commerce, to discuss opportunities for Dutch cyber and tech companies to do business in our area. It was fun and productive afternoon of learning, shared interests, and lively networking.

In attendance to welcome our Dutch guests were Marjorie Cota, Hillell Glazer, Will Anderson, and David Fink with bwtech, Greg Simmons with UMBC, Andrew Kreinik, Abisola Ude, and Kimberly Mentzell with the MD Dept. of Commerce, Sean Silbert, Deborah van den Brande, and Ruth Schipper with the Netherlands Embassy, Omar Younger, with CAMI, Patrick Wynn with SurefireCyber.

Participants from the Netherlands included Steven Horst with Elcectic IQ, Boris Goranov with Ubiqu,Sander Swinkels with DTACT, Marcel van Eemeren with ON2IT, Melanie Rieback with Radically Open Security, Martine Koole with InnovationQuarter, Paul Coumans with HSD, Bart Hofenk with RVO, and Saida van Kalsbeek with The Hague.
