About Patrick Wynn – With four decades of experience in strategic and consultative business development, primarily focused on cybersecurity and enterprise technologies, Patrick is passionate about supporting and expanding companies within Maryland’s primary and emerging industries. As the former Senior Director of the Office of Strategic Industries and Entrepreneurship (OSIE) at the Maryland Department of Commerce, Patrick led efforts in strategic business development, entrepreneurship, education, and workforce initiatives. Patrick’s previous role as Vice President of Business Development for Atlantic Data Forensics involved leading growth strategy and partnership development, culminating in a successful acquisition. Additionally, Patrick served as a Vice President and board member of InfraGard Maryland Members Alliance, earning a national leadership award for Patrick’s contributions. Patrick is also actively involved in non-profit boards like Leadership Howard County and the Ulman Foundation, reflecting Patrick’s commitment to community and supporting young adults impacted by cancer.
About Chuck Bubeck – Chuck is a seasoned tech leader and serial entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience starting, growing, and selling tech businesses. Chuck began his career in the early 80’s at Apple and subsequently launched several successful tech firms, which served the financial, legal and tech environments, leading to several acquisitions. Chuck most recently launched and led the formation of the Maryland Innovation Center, a premier regional startup and business support facility in Howard County, where he was Executive Director of the award-winning Center.
